SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technologies represent a breakthrough in regenerative medicine, with proven results from clinical trials and FDA approval. This cutting-edge treatment has gained recognition nationally and internationally for its effectiveness.
SoftWave TRT works at the molecular level, targeting injury sites and activating the body’s natural healing processes. Using advanced shock wave technology with an electrohydraulic spark gap mechanism and a parabolic reflector, it generates a broad-reaching acoustic wave, promoting faster recovery.
Key benefits of SoftWave Therapy include:
- Enhanced circulation and blood flow
- Reduced inflammation
- Activation of endogenous stem cells
- Accelerated tissue repair and regeneration
- Relief from both acute and chronic pain
Discover if You’re a Candidate for SoftWave Therapy on Your First Visit—Discovery Day!
Many patients experience a 60% to 75% reduction in pain by their third session. After 6 to 8 sessions, peak stem cell production begins, promoting tissue repair and regeneration over the next 8 to 12 weeks. Studies show that SoftWave Therapy has an effectiveness rate of 65% to 91% for musculoskeletal conditions.
Within 15 to 20 hours after a session, you may notice a significant decrease in pain and swelling, improved circulation, and a better range of motion. The real healing occurs 8 to 12 weeks post-treatment, as stem cells repair the affected area.
The number of treatments varies based on your condition and goals, which we’ll discuss in detail during your initial consultation, including a thorough history and examination.
Each session lasts only 5 to 15 minutes!
Your First Visit—Discovery Day
Discovery Day is the first step on your therapy journey. During this session, we use an advanced device to scan your body. Healthy tissues typically don't trigger any response, but when the scanner detects damaged areas—such as inflammation, arthritis, scar tissue, or poor circulation—it creates a distinct biofeedback reaction, indicating you're an ideal candidate for treatment.
A positive biofeedback response is strongly linked to favorable treatment outcomes, with a success rate of 65% to 91% for musculoskeletal conditions.
SoftWave Therapy effectively treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, from acute to chronic conditions. These include back pain, disc problems, knee pain (from arthritis to runner's knee), plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, ankle sprains, hip pain, IT band syndrome, neck pain, headaches, shoulder injuries (including rotator cuff), tennis and golfer’s elbow, arthritis, carpal tunnel, sports injuries, and more.
Revolutionary Advanced Shockwave Technology for Healing
SoftWave TRT OrthoGold: Protected by 46 Patents!
SoftWave TRT is unlike ultrasound or electrical stimulation—it's in a category all its own. With over 46 patents protecting its revolutionary technology, SoftWave generates powerful shock waves that ignite the body’s natural regeneration process at the cellular level!
How SoftWave Technology Works
SoftWaves are created through a high-energy electrical discharge in water. Voltage is released between two electrode tips, creating a spark gap that forms a hot plasma bubble. As the bubble bursts, it generates pressure on the surrounding water, producing a force greater than 10 MPa in mere nanoseconds.
Patented Parabolic Reflector for Broad Focused Energy
With SoftWave’s patented parabolic reflector applicator, low-intensity yet broad-focused energy is delivered in parallel waves. This makes SoftWave technology the leader in BROAD FOCUSED SHOCK WAVE therapy, targeting larger treatment areas more effectively than other methods.
Superior Healing Without Microtrauma
Thanks to its electrohydraulic shock wave mechanism, SoftWave operates faster in water than in air, delivering profound therapeutic benefits without causing microtrauma. Experience enhanced healing across deeper and broader areas, helping your body recover faster and more effectively.
The Difference Between Shock Waves, Radial Pressure Waves, and Ultrasound
Shock Waves
Shock waves are intense acoustic pulses characterized by a rapid increase in pressure, creating a sharp peak followed by a minor decrease in pressure (tensile wave). These waves penetrate deeply into tissues, making them effective for stimulating the body’s natural healing processes.
Radial Pressure Waves
Radial pressure waves, generated pneumatically, have a more gradual increase in pressure and a slower peak. These waves are more superficial, with maximum energy occurring at the surface of the applicator. Unlike true shock waves, radial waves dissipate energy quickly and only penetrate about 2 cm deep, addressing surface-level issues.
Ultrasound Waves
Ultrasound waves consist of regular vibrations within a narrow frequency range and lack the sharp peak pressure and rapid onset of shock waves. They are less effective in stimulating deeper tissue healing.
Radial Pressure Wave Therapy vs. True Shock Wave Therapy
Radial pressure wave therapy, unlike true shock wave therapy, only affects a narrow, surface-level area, roughly 2 cm wide and 2 cm deep—comparable to the size of five stacked nickels. The energy diminishes rapidly as it moves deeper into tissue. This therapy uses a pneumatic system where a projectile is accelerated and abruptly stopped, transferring energy to the target area, but its effects are limited to superficial tissue layers.
Why SoftWave Therapy Stands Out
SoftWave's Patented Parabolic Reflector Technology
SoftWave Therapy distinguishes itself from other shock wave treatments by combining electrohydraulic shock wave creation with a patented parabolic reflector applicator. This unique design spreads energy widely and deeply, offering several significant benefits:
- Larger Treatment Area: SoftWave affects an area 7 cm wide by 12 cm deep (about the size of a soup can), increasing treatment effectiveness and reducing the number of sessions needed.
- Non-Invasive Healing: Unlike radial pressure wave treatments, SoftWave doesn’t rely on micro-injuries to stimulate healing. Instead, it gently prompts cells to release microvesicles, triggering a safe, natural healing response without damaging the skin.
- Stem Cell Activation: SoftWave’s technology is scientifically proven to attract and activate the body’s own stem cells, promoting faster recovery and tissue repair.
- Diagnostic Precision: SoftWave Therapy can also be used diagnostically to pinpoint pain sources through biofeedback, ensuring precise and efficient treatments.
